

Nick Gavrilov is a dedicated clinical administrator with over 12 years of experience in the field of counseling. As both an administrator and a direct clinical service provider, Nick has worked in a variety of different settings and treatment modalities, to include Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization Programs, Residential Detox and Rehabilitation facilities, as well as Acute Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitals and several different forms of Medication Assisted Treatment. Throughout his years of experience Nick has worked extensively in drug and alcohol treatment, as well as in treatment of behavioral/mental health disorders, providing him an opportunity to develop a balanced dual approach to each case, encouraging, as such, exploration of underlying causes for everyone’s battle with the disease of addiction. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Nick strives to facilitate an ever-adapting environment of healing for our clients while promoting cultivation of professional development and utilization of therapeutic strengths of each primary therapist toward improvement and diversification of programming at MRC.
Lauren Clark serves as the Director of Operations at Montco Recovery Center, where she oversees daily operations, supports strategic growth, and cultivates community partnerships. With over a decade of personal recovery experience and a professional background in the addiction treatment field, she brings both expertise and lived understanding to her work. Lauren is passionate about expanding access to quality substance use treatment and building strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, legal professionals, and community organizations. She is committed to ensuring every individual who walks through Montco’s doors is met with compassion, structure, and a clear path toward lasting recovery. Outside of work, you can find Lauren at one of her kids’ sports events, shopping for home goods, or exploring new restaurant and café options in the area!
Jaylee Lundberg is a primary therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master at Montco Recovery Center. Jaylee has a master’s degree in counseling and has been working in human services since 2017. She takes a person-centered approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit to help clients find holistic recovery. In her spare time, Jaylee can be found on hikes, doing yoga, reading, or spending time with her cat, Cleo.
Mary Lynn LaSalvia-Keyte has been a counselor at MRC for the past four years and has worked in the field of addiction treatment since 1988. She brings a wide range of experience to MRC, including work in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. Mary Lynn has extensive experience working with both adolescents and adults. She is a Master’s-level counselor with a Certification in Addiction Counseling, as well as a Certification in Intervention. Mary Lynn also specializes in Restorative Practices and has experience facilitating Restorative Conferences and Family Group Decision Making. In addition to her counseling work, she has held leadership roles as a Clinical Supervisor and Assistant Director.
Natalie Massaglia serves as a Primary Therapist and Family Program Coordinator at Montco Recovery Center. She recently earned her Certified Family Recovery Specialist credential, complementing her Master of Divinity and Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Journalism. Natalie received her Master of Divinity with a focus in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Palmer Theological Seminary in May 2022.
During her time at Palmer, Natalie studied family and couples counseling and developed a strong foundation in understanding alcoholism, addiction, and family support programs. Prior to joining Montco Recovery Center more than three years ago, she worked as the Spiritual Advisor for people experiencing addictions.
Natalie’s seminary education, combined with her personal experience in 12-Step programs, has helped shape her passion for supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders and the families who love them. She is passionate about the work being done at Montco Recovery Center and looks forward to continuing to grow and strengthen its family program.
